- Direct involved with the preparation of food
- Comes into contact with food or food contact surfaces
- Handles packaged/unpacked food or appliances
This course is stipulated by Food Hygiene Regulation 2009
(Peraturan Kebersihan Makanan 2009) enacted on 28thFebruary
2009. Non-compliance to the above can results in a fine of not
more than RM10,000 or not more than 2 years imprisonment.
